Dimensions of Time - 7 is a monumental Imperial Stout, defined by its 15% ABV and a sophisticated 13-to-20-month maturation in a diverse blend of Bourbon and Rye barrels. The sensory profile is a deep exploration of time and wood, where the vanilla and caramel notes of Blanton’s and Old Fitz 12yr meld with the aggressive, peppery spice of Thomas Handy and Woodford Rye. Stagg Jr and Old Forester Masterpiece 13yr contribute layers of charred oak and dark cherry. This velvety liquid offers a profound tapestry of bittersweet chocolate and espresso, evolving into a warming, multidimensional finish that balances intense roast with spirit-forward complexity.
Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque. It pours with a thin, dark tan head that recedes quickly to a fine collar, leaving oily legs on the glass—a testament to its high viscosity and significant alcohol content.
Aroma. High intensity and incredibly complex. Aromas of dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, and molasses are intertwined with a heavy spirit influence.
