Leveraging a dynamic hop blend of Calypso, Strata, and Cryo Idaho 7, it delivers a high-intensity sensory experience. The aroma is dominated by juicy waves of passionfruit, mango, and zesty citrus, complemented by a subtle, refreshing herbaceous undertone. On the palate, the mouthfeel is notably smooth and creamy, carrying flavors of ripe stone fruit and grapefruit over a soft, bready malt base. With its signature opaque, blonde appearance and restrained bitterness, this beer provides a balanced, fruit-forward finish that is both refreshing and complex.

Appearance. Straw to blonde (4-6 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous quality. Thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinct notes of passionfruit, mango, and grapefruit. Subtle herbal and resinous undertones are present. Malt is low and neutral-grainy, while fermentation esters contribute a light pear-like fruitiness.

Taste. Explosive tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and guava, followed by citrus zest. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a soft backdrop. Bitterness is low to medium-low, well-integrated and never harsh. Finishes soft and off-dry with lingering fruit notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Very low alcohol warmth and no detectable astringency.
