This organic Saison captures the rustic elegance of the Hainaut province with a refreshing 5% ABV profile designed for high drinkability. The specialized yeast strain drives a complex fermentation profile defined by country-side aromas of dried hay alongside crisp notes of green apple and ripe pear. Continental hops provide a delicate floral and herbaceous counterpoint that integrates seamlessly with the soft, grainy malt base. Exceptionally dry and highly attenuated, it offers a clean, thirst-quenching character. The fine, effervescent bubbles lift the spicy yeast phenols, leading to a crisp, lingering finish that balances traditional farmhouse personality with modern, approachable clarity.
Appearance. Pale gold (5 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head with excellent Belgian lacing. Highly effervescent with visible carbonation.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring fruity esters of red apple and pear. Distinctive rustic notes of dried hay and a light peppery spiciness. Low floral and herbal hop character over a soft, grainy, cracker-like malt background.
