This American Stout presents a bold, sensory-forward profile defined by high-intensity roasted malts and a sophisticated wood-aging treatment. Deep aromas of bittersweet chocolate and espresso are lifted by resinous American hops and the unique influence of brandy-soaked acacia chips, which contribute subtle hints of vanilla, toasted wood, and spirituous warmth. On the palate, aggressive roast flavors collide with a firm hop bitterness, while the brandy infusion adds a vinous complexity that complements the dark malt base. The mouthfeel is notably thick and creamy, smoothing out roast-derived astringency and finishing with a lingering, dry character that emphasizes its robust, hoppy construction.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (40 SRM). Features a large, persistent, light-brown head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity roast aroma of dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans. Medium resinous hop character. Distinctive notes of brandy and toasted acacia wood. Light esters of dried plum and a smooth, noticeable alcohol presence.
