This California-style American IPA delivers a vibrant, saturated sensory experience, highlighting the intense tropical and citrus profiles of hand-selected Citra and Mosaic hops. The addition of Citra Cryo and Mosaic Incognito provides a concentrated punch of ripe mango, grapefruit, and subtle blueberry aromatics. Despite the high hop intensity, the beer maintains a lean, rounded character with a clean fermentation profile. The malt backbone is intentionally restrained, offering a neutral, grainy base that allows the resinous and fruity hop layers to dominate. It finishes crisp and dry with a soft-medium bitterness that invites another sip, perfectly capturing a modern West Coast approach.

Appearance. Color is a bright medium gold (6-8 SRM). It features a medium-sized, white, persistent head with excellent lacing and a clear to brilliant clarity characteristic of the California style.

Aroma. Intensity is intense, dominated by citrus and tropical fruit hop character including grapefruit, passionfruit, and mango. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation is very clean with no significant esters or phenols.

Taste. The initial impression is a burst of citrus and tropical fruit flavors from the Citra and Mosaic. Malt flavor is low and clean, reminiscent of light crackers. Hop bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, not harsh. The finish is medium-dry to dry, leaving a lingering hoppy aftertaste with a clean, crisp conclusion.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth, lean texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing prickle. There is a very light, smooth alcohol warmth consistent with its 6.8% ABV, but no astringency.
