This Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience characterized by its intense hop profile and velvety texture. A massive double dry hop of Sabro, Vic Secret, and Citra creates a layered bouquet of tropical coconut, passionfruit, and bright lime zest. The appearance is a luminous, opaque pale gold with a thick, meringue-like head. On the palate, the soft, medium-full body carries lush flavors of pineapple and tangerine, supported by a gentle, bready malt backbone and a restrained bitterness. A clean, off-dry finish ensures high drinkability despite the significant hop saturation and well-integrated alcohol warmth from its 7.2% ABV.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3-6 SRM), opaque with a persistent, thick, white rocky head and high retention.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of tropical fruit (coconut, pineapple) and citrus (lime, orange) from Sabro and Citra, with a hint of passionfruit from Vic Secret. Background of lightly bready, grainy malt and neutral fermentation esters.
Taste. Explodes with fruity hop flavors, specifically citrus and tropical stone fruit. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is soft and never harsh. Malt is supportive and grainy. Finishes smooth and off-dry with a lingering juicy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation and a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw starchiness.
