FESTGOLD pours a brilliant, deep gold, radiating the refined elegance of a traditional Festbier. The use of a single decoction mash is evident in the sensory profile, yielding a rich and inviting aroma of fresh bread dough, lightly toasted grain, and subtle honey. On the palate, the malt-forward character provides a smooth, creamy texture with layers of bready richness that remain exceptionally clean. This malt depth is expertly balanced by a supportive, mild bitterness and delicate floral and spicy hop notes. True to its name, this lager is incredibly drinkable, finishing crisp and refreshing with a lingering, soft malty character that invites another sip.
Appearance. Deep gold (5 SRM) with brilliant, sparkling clarity. Crowned by a dense, persistent white head with excellent retention and fine lacing.
