This assertive West Coast American IPA is a deep dive into resinous aromatics and pungent hop saturation. A potent blend of Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, and Mosaic hops is further elevated by the addition of terpenes, creating an intense sensory profile dominated by sticky pine, diesel-like dankness, and crushed gooseberry. The malt presence remains lean and functional, allowing the complex hop oils to take center stage without interference. A bracing, clean bitterness defines the experience, cutting through the palate and leading to a bone-dry finish that emphasizes the bright, citrusy, and resinous character of the modern hop varieties used.

Appearance. Deep gold (7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma characterized by resinous pine, dank herbal notes, and bright grapefruit. Underlying hints of tropical berry and white wine grapes emerge, supported by a very low, clean, grainy malt sweetness and a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Leading with a punch of resinous pine and tropical fruit flavors. The bitterness is firm and high, providing a sharp but clean counterpoint to the minimal grainy malt backbone. Flavors of blueberry and citrus pith linger into a very dry, hoppy finish. Alcohol is well-integrated and clean.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, enhancing the dry finish. A very light, pleasant alcohol warmth is present but never harsh.
