This Russian interpretation of a German-style Weissbier delivers a classic sensory experience rooted in the traditional use of Wheat malt. The aromatic profile is led by prominent ripe banana esters and spicy clove phenols, hallmarks of the specific yeast strain used. On the palate, a soft, bready graininess provides a sturdy foundation for the yeast-driven flavors, balanced by a subtle, barely perceptible bitterness. Its unfiltered nature contributes to a hazy, golden appearance and a notably smooth, velvety texture. High carbonation ensures the finish remains refreshing and spritzy, characteristic of a well-crafted, highly drinkable Hefeweizen.

Appearance. 3 to 5 SRM. Pale gold with a pronounced haze from the high wheat content and suspended yeast. Features a thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity with a distinctive balance of ripe banana esters and spicy clove phenols. Support comes from a light bready, doughy wheat malt character, with very low to no floral hop presence.

Taste. Initial impression is of soft, grainy-sweet wheat malt. Moderate banana and clove flavors are well-integrated and balanced. Hop bitterness is very low, allowing for a well-rounded palate that feels slightly sweet but finishes relatively dry and clean without being heavy.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a notably creamy and velvety texture. High carbonation provides an effervescent, spritzy sensation. No alcohol warmth or astringency present.
