This American IPA showcases a vibrant harmony between estate-grown ingredients and New World hops. Appearance. Medium gold to light reddish-amber in color (8-12 SRM) with a slight, natural haze. Topped by a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent mango, pineapple, and stone fruit from the Azacca, complemented by floral and citrus notes from the Amarillo. A clean, medium-low grainy malt sweetness supports the hop presentation with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. A hop-forward initial impression of tropical fruit and citrus zest. The farm-grown barley provides a medium-low grainy and slightly toasty malt flavor that balances the medium-high bitterness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, clean, hoppy aftertaste and a supportive malt backbone.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture and moderate to high carbonation. No harshness is present, and there is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
