The aroma is an immediate explosion of tropical and stone fruits, specifically highlighting ripe apricot, succulent peach, and juicy mango, balanced by a sharp lemon citrus edge. Appearance. Medium gold to deep yellow (6-8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, apricot, peach, and bright lemon. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness provides a subtle background. Fermentation is very clean with negligible esters beyond the hop-derived fruitiness.

Taste. Intensely hoppy initial impression, bursting with mango, peach, and lemon zest. Bitterness is firm and assertive (70 IBU), balanced by a low, clean, crackery malt base. The fermentation profile is exceptionally clean, leading to a dry, crisp finish with a long-lasting, resinous, and fruity hop aftertaste.
