This Double IPA presents a vivid sensory experience characterized by its remarkably high drinkability despite its 8.5% strength. The aroma is dominated by high-intensity notes of fresh tangerine and sweet melon, complemented by a subtle, resinous pine undertone. On the palate, the hop-forward profile mirrors the bouquet, delivering bright citrus and tropical fruit flavors over a clean, neutral malt base that provides just enough support without adding sweetness. The finish is notably smooth and dry, lacking the aggressive bite often found in the style, while maintaining a firm, integrated bitterness that lingers pleasantly with a clean fermentation character.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (7-9 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
