Appearance. Medium gold color (8 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple. The Brux Trois yeast contributes distinct guava and stone fruit esters. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle foundation, allowing the fruit-forward fermentation and hop character to lead.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit, specifically mango and guava, supported by a hint of pineapple. Malt flavor is low and neutral, presenting as a clean cracker-like base. Bitterness is medium-high to firm, but well-integrated with the fruit esters. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste of citrus and tropical fruit.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notably smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high. Very light, clean alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency.
