Baladin Isaac is a quintessential expression of the Witbier style, presenting an invitingly hazy, apricot-hued appearance crowned by a thick, creamy head. The sensory journey begins with an elegant aromatic blend of zesty peeled oranges and floral coriander, underpinned by a soft, bready wheat character and a touch of spicy yeast. Appearance. Pale apricot to light gold (3–4 SRM); intentionally cloudy with a significant starch haze; dense, white, creamy, moussy head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity; zesty citrus-orange fruitiness dominates alongside perfumy, spicy coriander and a hint of peppery yeast; light bready, grainy wheat maltiness with a subtle honey-like sweetness; hop aroma is typically absent.
Taste. Initial impression of crisp citrus and soft wheat; moderate zesty orange and lemony coriander flavors are common; low hop bitterness that supports the spice; clean, bready malt mid-palate; dry, refreshing finish with a light, lingering citrus aftertaste and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture from the wheat; high carbonation providing an effervescent, refreshing sting; no alcohol warmth; zero astringency.

La première bière blanche de la brasserie est née, une bière qui est, aujourd’hui encore, considérée comme une référence dans le domaine du style. Elle a même été désignée comme l’une des de la meilleure blanche du monde par le célèbre et défunt chasseur de bières Michael Jackson. Curieusement, le père de Jackson s’appelait aussi Isaac 😉
