Fermented with authentic Saison yeast, it produces a complex fermentation profile of pome fruits and cracked black pepper. The addition of Nelson Sauvin hops in the whirlpool provides a distinct sensory bridge, contributing elegant notes of crushed white wine grapes and tropical passionfruit. These elements are layered over a soft, grainy malt foundation.
