Baixer’s Noche Cerrada is a deep and complex Foreign Extra Stout crafted with a diverse bill of nine grain varieties. This intricate malt profile, featuring a blend of caramelized and toasted malts, drives an intense sensory experience defined by layers of dark cacao, freshly roasted coffee, and persistent licorice. Fermented with a classic Southern England yeast strain, it exhibits a clean yet slightly fruity ester profile that complements the aggressive roast.
