Chichen Itza is a vibrant American IPA that celebrates the Equinox hop variety with singular focus. This 7% ABV pour radiates with an intense bouquet of lime zest, ripe papaya, and subtle herbal undertones characteristic of its namesake hop. On the palate, a firm bitterness cuts through a lean, grainy malt base, allowing flavors of lemon peel and tropical fruit to take center stage. The fermentation is exceptionally clean, ensuring the nuanced berry and green pepper notes of Equinox shine through. With its dry finish and refreshing carbonation, this ale offers a modern, hop-forward experience that remains balanced and drinkable.
