This elegant Brett Beer blends a bold, oak-aged Danish Wild Ale base with the sophisticated structure of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. The nose is a complex tapestry of dark plum, blackcurrant, and subtle leather, underpinned by earthy Brettanomyces funk and toasted oak. On the palate, the vinous character of the Bordeaux grapes provides deep fruit flavors and refined tannins, balanced by a persistent, dry finish. Despite the high alcohol content, the integration is seamless, offering a sophisticated interplay between wild fermentation character and the refined essence of a vintage red wine.

Appearance. Deep garnet to ruby-purple in color; moderate, fine-beaded pinkish-tan head with fair retention; clarity is slightly hazy, common for unfiltered wild ales.
