This American IPA is defined by its vibrant and saturated hop profile, featuring a heavy hand of Simcoe hops accented by the bright, zesty character of Motueka. On the nose and palate, it delivers dense, layered notes of orange citrus and ripe pineapple, evolving into a complex tropical fruit medley. The classic resinous pine of the Simcoe provides a sturdy, evergreen backbone against the zesty lift of the Motueka.
