Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color (7–9 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Renders a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tangerine, pink grapefruit, and papaya. A low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hops, complemented by a very clean fermentation profile and a touch of resinous pine.
Taste. Leading with a punch of tropical papaya and tangerine, the flavor profile is decidedly hop-forward. Low cracker-like malt flavors provide a brief foundation before a medium-high bitterness takes hold. The finish is dry to medium-dry, leaving a lingering citrus zest and a clean, bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively mouth-feel. Alcohol presence is felt as a very light, smooth warmth that is well-integrated.
