Bådin Sehnsucht is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures an intense bouquet of tropical and stone fruits. The synergistic use of Krush and Citra hops delivers a layered sensory experience, led by notes of ripe mango, guava, and bright lime zest. A soft, pillowy malt base provides a grainy, bready foundation that supports the massive hop charge without distracting from its juicy essence. The appearance is characterized by a luminous, opaque golden glow and a dense, meringue-like white head. On the palate, the fruit-forward hop character is prominent, balanced by a restrained bitterness and a smooth, medium-full mouthfeel that finishes with a gentle, lingering sweetness.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3–6 SRM) with a characteristic opaque haze and a healthy shine. Supports a thick, rocky, white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of passion fruit, peach, and mixed citrus. Citra contributes distinct lime and grapefruit oil, while Krush adds deep tropical mango and stone fruit nuances. Background malt is clean and lightly bready; no caramel or toast is present.

Taste. Explodes with tropical fruit flavors, specifically guava and apricot. The hop-derived fruitiness is supported by a soft, grainy malt backbone. Bitterness is medium-low and well-integrated, never harsh. The finish is off-dry and smooth, showcasing a lingering citrus peel aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the drinkability. There is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth, but no astringency or hop-derived harshness.
