This Imperial Stout, a collaboration between Bådin and Pühaste, presents a formidable 12% ABV profile defined by an opulent marriage of dark roast and massive fruit additions. Deep, ink-black liquid supports a dense, tan head, releasing aromas of bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and an unmistakable jammy blueberry intensity. On the palate, the generous addition of blueberries provides a tart, dark-berry lift that cuts through the viscous, velvet-like body. Flavors of charred grain and cocoa powder transition into a lingering finish of dark fruit skins and gentle alcohol warmth. Appearance. Jet black and opaque (40 SRM). Features a dense, persistent dark tan head with excellent lacing. High viscosity is evident as thick legs coating the glass.

Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring a rich blend of bittersweet chocolate, roasted coffee beans, and black licorice. A dominant, jammy blueberry character is prominent, complemented by low dark fruit esters of plum and raisin. Alcohol is noticeable but smooth and well-integrated.
