This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant sensory profile led by a potent trio of New Zealand and American hops. Nectaron drives the aromatic experience with intense notes of ripe peach and tropical pineapple, while Citra provides layers of bright grapefruit and lime zest. Pacifica rounds out the character with a subtle hint of orange marmalade. The beer presents a lush, pillowy texture on the palate, where the hop intensity remains high but smooth, supported by a neutral, bready malt base. It finishes with a restrained, soft bitterness and a lingering juicy quality, emphasizing the fresh fruit expression over hop harshness.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM); opaque, hazy appearance with a soft glow; thick, rocky, white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent stone fruit (peach), tropical fruit (pineapple, passionfruit), and citrus (grapefruit). Low grainy-bready malt character in the background. Clean fermentation profile with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma, specifically peach, citrus, and tropical juice. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and well-integrated. Low grainy malt flavor provides a clean canvas. Finish is off-dry to medium and very smooth, with no hop harshness or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no astringency.
