Hefe Metal is a vibrant Weissbier that captures the essence of Bavarian tradition with a bold, sensory-forward edge. Pouring with a characteristic hazy glow, it leads with a striking aromatic profile of ripe banana and spicy clove, driven by a classic Weizen yeast. The grist, featuring a traditional 50% German wheat malt bill, provides a soft, bready foundation that supports the yeast-driven character. Subtle hops play a minor role, allowing the grainy-sweet Pilsner malt to shine.
