Tomorrow Never Knows is a vibrant American IPA that leans into the tropical side of the style. This sessionable ale showcases a punchy trio of Ekuanot, Citra, and Simcoe hops, delivering an aromatic profile defined by bright orange, luscious papaya, and ripe mango. These juicy expressions are supported by a clean, restrained malt presence that allows the hop-forward character to take center stage without being overwhelmed by heavy bitterness. Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM) with a significant haze. Pours with a medium-sized white head that shows good persistence and leaves light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of ripe mango, papaya, and bright orange citrus. A light resinous pine undertone is present. Malt is low and clean, providing a grainy, neutral backdrop for the hops with a very low fruity fermentation ester profile.
Taste. A hop-forward initial impression dominated by tropical fruit and citrus. Malt flavor is low, presenting as clean cracker and grain. Hop bitterness is moderate to firm but remains smooth, supporting a dry to medium-dry finish. The aftertaste is hoppy with lingering notes of orange peel and tropical fruit.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing effervescence. There is no perceived alcohol warmth or astringency, making for a very clean mouthfeel.
