NZ Slice of Sunshine is another Double Dry Hopped spin on our famous Slice of Sunshine! The centerpiece hop in Slice of Sunshine is Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand, and in this special New Zealand version, we tried to layer Nelson flavors as much as we could! We do so by using fresh 2023 Nelson hops from our friends at Freestyle Hops, alongside their Nelson Sub-Zero Hop Kief, a flowable concentrated hop product, and their new Kohia Nelson, a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Rakau and New Zealand Passionfruit. All these hops are backed up by a touch of Riwaka.
Expect a mega bright & dank Modern West Coast IPA, with loads pineapple, gooseberry, passionfruit, kiwi, papaya & diesely kush!
