This assertive New Zealand Pilsner showcases a cutting-edge hop profile driven by an intensive double dry-hopping of Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron. The use of Cold Pressed Hop Juice and Nelson Sauvin Cryo amplifies the sensory experience, delivering vivid layers of tropical white grape, passionfruit, and papaya. Nectaron contributes lush notes of peach and dank pineapple kush, creating a complex, fruit-forward bouquet. Beneath the bold hops, a clean, bready Pilsner malt base provides a crisp foundation. It finishes dry and refreshing, balancing intense New World hop character with the smooth, drinkable elegance of a modern lager.
Appearance. Straw to yellow-gold (3-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring crushed white grape, gooseberry, and tropical passionfruit. Distinctive stone fruit notes of peach and papaya are present, alongside a dank pineapple kush quality. Low bready-crackery malt support with a very clean fermentation profile.
