Bad Seed’s Gemini is a vibrant evolution of the Berliner Weisse, transformed into a sensory tapestry of bright botanicals and fruit. The traditional lactic snap is heightened by the zesty, citrus-forward addition of lime, while a deep infusion of hibiscus provides a delicate floral complexity and a cranberry-like astringency. Ripe raspberry adds a lush red berry tartness that softens the sharp acidity without cloying. Against a backdrop of soft, bready wheat malt, the profile remains exceptionally crisp and refreshing. This modern interpretation balances the clean, sharp sourness of the base style with a sophisticated interplay of tart fruit and elegant floral aromatics.

Appearance. Vibrant deep pink to light ruby with a slight haze. Produces a tall, spritzy, pale pink head with poor retention and minimal lacing. Highly effervescent.
