REHABILITATION is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a masterful blend of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. This 6.9% ABV brew pours with a luminous, opaque glow, releasing a saturated bouquet of tropical mango and zesty grapefruit from the Citra, perfectly complemented by the distinctive crushed white grape and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin. The palate is a lush wave of stone fruit and citrus juice, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. Its silky, pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness emphasize a refreshing juicy character, concluding with a clean, fruit-forward finish that invites another sip.

Appearance. Straw to light orange with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a medium to rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tangerine, lime zest, and lychee. Distinctive secondary notes of white wine grapes and passion fruit are prominent. Background malt is clean and lightly bready with no toasted character.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor dominated by sweet citrus and ripe melon. The hop profile contributes a sophisticated vinous character of white currants. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, never harsh or sharp. Finishes off-dry with lingering tropical fruit and a neutral fermentation profile.
