Sundance is a vibrant American Pale Ale that showcases a complex, fruit-forward profile. The inclusion of Nelson Sauvin provides distinctive sensory notes of white wine grapes and red currant, while Citra Cryo and Mosaic amplify the tropical and citrus layers with intense passionfruit, tangerine, and grapefruit zest. Saphir hops contribute a delicate floral elegance that bridges the gap between the ripe stone fruit notes of peach and the beer’s clean, supportive malt base. This expression balances its modern hop intensity with a smooth bitterness and a bright, refreshing finish, capturing a festive and highly approachable sensory experience.

Appearance. Pale golden color (6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderately large, frothy white head that exhibits good retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring a complex bouquet of white wine, gooseberry, and red currant. Secondary aromas of passionfruit, tangerine, and ripe peach are prominent. Low bready maltiness provides a neutral backdrop. Clean fermentation profile with no diacetyl.

Taste. Initial flavors of grapefruit and tangerine lead into a mid-palate of white grape and tropical passionfruit. The malt flavor is low and bready, supporting a moderate hop bitterness that is smooth rather than harsh. The finish is dry and clean, with lingering notes of floral hops and stone fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Overall smooth mouthfeel with no perceived astringency and very low alcohol warmth.
