This organic Gose presents an aromatic burst of Blood Orange and tart Sea Buckthorn berries, creating a vibrant sensory experience. Appearance. Vibrant orange-gold (6-8 SRM) with a moderate, fine-beaded white head that shows fair retention; hazy and unfiltered in character.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh blood orange zest and the sharp, tropical-citrus tang of Sea Buckthorn berries. Subtle earthy pine notes provide a resinous backbone, complemented by a light lactic tartness and a trace of doughy wheat malt.
Taste. Initial rush of tart citrus and acidic berries. Mid-palate reveals bready malt sweetness, quickly countered by a clean lactic sourness.
