This Imperial Gose delivers a decadent sensory experience that amplifies the traditional German style into a dessert-inspired powerhouse. A heady bouquet of roasted peanuts and buttery toffee dominates the nose, underpinned by a subtle doughy wheat character. On the palate, the indulgent sweetness of lactose and rich peanut brittle is immediately countered by a sharp, clean lactic acidity and a distinct punch of sea salt. This interplay creates a complex profile where savory, sweet, and sour elements coexist. Despite the high alcohol content, the finish remains surprisingly balanced, leaving a lingering impression of salted caramel and roasted nuts.

Appearance. Deep yellow to pale gold (4–7 SRM). Opaque with a persistent, heavy haze from the significant use of oats and wheat. A creamy white head forms but shows moderate to low retention due to the presence of peanut oils.

Aroma. High intensity. Pronounced notes of roasted peanuts and sweet, buttery toffee. Secondary aromas include a clean, lemony lactic sourness and a faint bready, doughy malt base. No hop aroma or coriander is perceived.

Taste. Bold initial sweetness featuring caramelized sugar and lactose, quickly followed by a moderate-high lactic sourness. The sea salt is noticeably present, providing a savory counterpoint that provides a mouthwatering quality. Very low hop bitterness. The finish is a harmonious blend of lingering roasted nuttiness and refreshing acidity that prevents the high ABV from becoming cloying.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, velvety texture from the oats and lactose. High carbonation provides an effervescent, lifting quality. A significant, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its strength.
