Sheep Shape is a lush Fruit Beer built on a soft, hazy foundation, designed to highlight a massive addition of Mango. The sensory profile is defined by the interplay between the fruit's natural sweetness and the pungent, tropical aromatics of Galaxy and Citra hops. Expect an olfactory burst of passion fruit, peach, and citrus zest that transitions seamlessly into a thick, nectar-like palate. The base provides a bready, wheat-driven backdrop that supports the intense fruit character without overwhelming it. It finishes with a clean, low bitterness, leaving a lasting impression of tropical juice and ripe stone fruit.
Appearance. Deep gold to apricot-orange (5–8 SRM); opaque and turbid clarity with a thick, creamy white head that shows excellent retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; pungent aroma of fresh mango puree and tropical fruit. Strong hop character featuring grapefruit peel and lime from Citra, alongside the passion fruit and peach notes of Galaxy. Low bready malt presence and clean fermentation profile.
