La ceveza de la cabra, o más bien del macho cabrío, y en este caso de los dos machos cabríos, por que estamos ante una Dopplebock, pero no ante una Dopplebock cualquiera, estamos ante la que está considerada como mejor cerveza del mundo dento de su categoría. Y es que esta cerveza es una auténtica maravilla llena de detalles, y uno de ellos es la procedencia del agua con la que se elabora, que proviene nada más y nada menos que de un pozo de 176 metros de profundidad que abastece a la Aying Brauerei.
La cervecería Aying está situada en la localidad del mismo nombre, Aying, a 25 km de Múnich, la fundó Johann Liebhard en 1878, y desde entonces se dirige como una empresa familiar. En el año 1999 abrieron otra cervecería en la calle Münchner, que en aquella época era la más moderna de Europa. En el 2008 la nueva cervecería se convirtió en la sede. Actualmente está dirigida por Franz Inselkammer y en 2010 contaba con ochenta trabajadores. Produce unos 100.000 hectolitros de cerveza anuales. La segunda semana de octubre la compañía celebra la Bräukirta, una fiesta con puestos de venta de cerveza y mercados de artesanía y alimentos. Una cerveza inigualable
Vista: color marrón oscuro con ribetes rojizos, brillante y con una espuma en tonos hueso, fina y compacta. Olfato: en aroma es compleja e intensa, con notas maltosas, afrutadas (pasas), especiadas (regaliz), caramelo y bollería dulce. Gusto: en boca es igualmente intensa, con presencia de notas acarameladas, dulces, especiadas y afrutadas. El balance entre el amargor y el dulzor es una maravilla.
Sensación: cerveza de cuerpo medio, carbonatación fina, textura sedosa y tremendamente bebible y espectacular. Para disfrutar sin duda con mucha calma y plácidamente.

La Ayinger Celebrator ha sido clasificada varias veces entre las mejores cervezas del mundo por el Chicago Testing Institute y ha ganado numerosas medallas.
