Aviateur Apollo 11 is a vibrant Specialty IPA designed to showcase a tropical collision of guava and passion fruit. Clocking in at 5.5% ABV, it maintains the characteristic hop-forward balance and dry finish of the style while layering in lush fruit puree. The aroma is high-intensity, dominated by the sharp, exotic perfume of passion fruit and the sweet, musky depth of guava. On the palate, a firm bitterness anchors the fruit-driven flavors, ensuring the beer remains refreshing rather than cloying. With a medium-light body and crisp carbonation, this brew delivers a sensory profile that is intensely fruity yet remains fundamentally an IPA.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber with a slight haze from fruit solids. Persistent, off-white head with moderate lacing and good retention.

Aroma. High intensity; explosive notes of tropical guava and tangy passion fruit. Supportive citrusy and floral hop character with a very low, clean bready malt background and no fermentation byproducts.

Taste. Vibrant guava and passion fruit flavors lead, followed by a medium-high hop bitterness that provides structural balance. The malt provides a light, neutral support. Finishes dry and clean with a lingering tropical fruit tang and a crisp, bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel with a slight fruit-derived tartness and no alcohol warmth or astringency.
