Avery's Little Rascal presents a bright and refreshing take on the classic Weissbier, enhanced by the playful inclusion of Meyer lemon. It pours a hazy, pale straw with a persistent, moussy white head. The aroma is defined by a balanced interplay of bready wheat, spicy clove, and banana esters, freshened by a distinct citrus zest. The palate follows with soft, doughy grain flavors and low bitterness, while the Meyer lemon adds a tangy, aromatic complexity. High carbonation creates a fluffy, spritzy mouthfeel that leads to a dry, clean finish, making this an exceptionally sessionable and effervescent wheat ale.
