Avante Brewing Dankville
Dankville is a sharp, modern American IPA crafted as a Cold IPA, emphasizing an ultra-crisp profile that allows its unique botanical additions to take center stage. The sensory experience is dominated by a cold infusion of Fedtonic cannabis terpenes, which impart a profound resinous dankness and herbal complexity. This aromatic profile is layered over bright citrus and needle-fine pine notes. The use of a clean fermentation process ensures a lean, grainy malt backbone that never competes with the intense hop character. It finishes bone-dry and refreshingly bitter, with the 6.7% ABV providing just enough structure to support its bold, terpene-forward personality.
Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a persistent, frothy white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity with a signature dank profile. Prominent notes of resinous pine, hemp, and herbal cannabis from the Fedtonic terpenes are primary, complemented by grapefruit zest and a hint of tropical fruit. Malt is very low and grainy, with a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. The palate is led by firm hop bitterness and deep resinous flavors. Herbal and piney qualities from the terpene infusion blend with citrus peel and light spice. The malt presence is low and cracker-like, providing a minimal foundation. It concludes with a very dry, clean finish and a lingering, crisp bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, snappy texture and medium-high carbonation. There is a light, smooth alcohol warmth that is well-integrated, without any harshness or astringency.
