Flash is a vibrant, session-strength Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a New England IPA in a highly digestible format. At 4.2% ABV, it delivers a punchy sensory profile dominated by mango, bright citrus, and white-fleshed fruits like peach and pear. Though it maintains the characteristic opaque appearance and soft hop expression of the style, this interpretation is uniquely light and relatively dry on the palate. The absence of heavy residual sweetness allows the expressive New World hop notes to shine against a subtle, bready malt background. It is a refreshing, hop-forward experience that prioritizes drinkability while retaining a complex, juicy character.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (3-4 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a luminous shine; no visible particulates or yeast clumps. Features a rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent mango, tangerine, and white-fleshed fruit esters. The malt presence is low and neutral, providing a grainy, lightly bready backdrop. Clean fermentation profile with no diacetyl or harsh grassy notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with notes of tropical mango and citrus. The malt flavor is low, presenting as light crackers or fresh bread.
