This sophisticated Grape Ale presents a harmonious fusion of Itata Valley Riesling must and a robust Tripel base. On the nose, aromatic floral notes and white peach from the grape varietal meld with Belgian yeast-driven spice and wildflower honey. The palate opens with a crisp acidity reminiscent of sparkling wine, transitioning into flavors of biscuit, honey, and stone fruits. Despite its 10% ABV strength, the finish remains remarkably dry and effervescent. The interplay between native yeast complexity and the elegant Riesling character creates a multi-layered experience where vinous acidity balances the structural warmth of a strong golden ale.

Appearance. Brilliant pale golden color (approx. 5-6 SRM). Topped by a fine-textured white head with moderate retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Prominent Riesling grape character featuring notes of lime zest, green apple, and a hint of mineral florality. Supportive malt notes of honey and biscuit are complemented by Belgian yeast esters of pear and apricot, alongside a spicy phenolic clove-like backdrop and a clean alcohol presence.

Taste. Effervescent and crisp initial impression. Rich biscuit and honeyed malt flavors are quickly balanced by the bright acidity and stone fruit character of the Riesling grape. Low hop bitterness allows the vinous tartness to lead. The fermentation profile is complex with spicy pepper and clove notes, finishing exceedingly dry with a lingering, warming alcohol and clean fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a high, champagne-like carbonation that provides a lively prickle on the tongue. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth. Smooth texture without astringency, finishing crisp and dry.
