Taste. Intense hop flavors of tropical fruit, citrus rind, and stone fruit dominate the palate. Bitterness is high but smooth, avoiding harshness. The malt character is low and cracker-like, leading into a very dry, clean finish with a lingering bitterness and hop-derived fruitiness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop oils. Carbonation is medium-high. A light, pleasant alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, without any astringency.
