Imposing Will is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases the expressive synergy of New Zealand’s Garston Hops. Intense aromatics of crushed white wine grapes and pungent gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin dominate the senses, complemented by the sharp pink grapefruit and tropical passionfruit notes of Riwaka. The sensory profile is underscored by a clean, neutral malt base that stays lean and supportive rather than sweet. On the palate, a firm but smooth bitterness balances the vinous and diesel-edged hop character, leading into a bone-dry, lingering finish.
