It opens with a bright, zesty bouquet of orange peel and the sharp, herbal punch of fresh cracked coriander. The inclusion of lemon puree adds a distinctively crisp, mildly acidic edge that complements the soft, bready foundation of unmalted wheat. Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (2-4 SRM). Very cloudy with a characteristic milky, whitish-yellow haze from starch and yeast. Features a dense, white, moussy head with good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready, grainy wheat notes. Prominent zesty, citrusy-orange fruitiness is complemented by a perfumy-lemony coriander spice. Background notes of lemon puree provide a fresh, slightly tart aromatic lift. Hop aroma is absent.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and citrusy. Moderate bready malt sweetness is quickly balanced by zesty orange and a sharp, lemony tang from the puree. Fresh coriander provides a subtle spicy, peppery middle. Hop bitterness is low, serving only to support the dry, refreshing finish. Clean and mildly acidic aftertaste without any harshness.
