It pours with a dense, pillowy haze, offering a soft, velvet-like mouthfeel that masks its strength. On the palate, the hop-forward profile delivers layers of stone fruit and citrus zest, balanced by a subtle, supportive malt backbone and a clean, integrated warmth from the 8% ABV.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Opaque and heavily hazy with a thick, persistent, creamy white head that leaves dense lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of coconut, lime, and tropical pineapple from the Sabro, complemented by Citra-driven grapefruit and orange peel. Supportive, neutral, bready malt stays in the background with a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is a wave of juicy tropical fruit and creamy coconut. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with mango, citrus, and a coconut cream vibe. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, lacking any harshness. The malt provides a soft, bready support without being heavy. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering tropical and citrus aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a creamy, smooth texture and a soft, pillowy feel. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, but there is no hop-derived astringency.
