This Imperial Stout presents a decadent sensory journey, opening with a lush bouquet of toasted coconut and floral Tahitian vanilla bean powder. The pastry stout foundation delivers a dense, chocolate-forward profile reminiscent of a chocolate-covered coconut candy bar. Intense notes of milk chocolate and cocoa nibs dominate the mid-palate, seamlessly integrated with the creamy sweetness of vanilla. While the mouthfeel is exceptionally velvety and full, a structured undercurrent of dark roast coffee emerges in the finish to provide necessary balance.
