Aurora Brewing Co. Double Mosaic Beast of Burlington

Beast of Burlington is our nod to one of our favorite styles of IPA from the Northeast. You know the OG version, and this version is doubled up and hit with all mosaic. We utilize a base of 2 row, wheat and flakey oats and ferment this with VT ale yeast, a yeast that started us all on this crazy haze train. We generously hopped this with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo hops. The beer is bright yellow, extremely aromatic with big note of tropical fruits and citrus leading to soft, pillowy, juicy mouthfeel.
