This Hazy IPA presents an immersive tropical experience, leaning heavily into the juicy profile defined by its expert hop blend. Citra and Mosaic deliver layers of bright citrus and stone fruit, while Nelson Sauvin adds a distinctive white wine and gooseberry complexity. These qualities are amplified by the addition of fresh canteloupe, resulting in a lush, melon-forward aromatic profile. Beneath the fruit-saturated surface, a soft, bready malt backbone provides structure. The beer is characterized by its signature opacity and a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel, finishing with a restrained, soft bitterness that highlights the vibrant hop expression and clean fermentation.

Appearance. Deep straw to light orange (SRM 4–6). Opaque, hazy clarity with a characteristic shine. Dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of ripe cantaloupe and tropical mango. Citra contributes grapefruit and lime zest, while Mosaic adds blueberry and earthy pine. Nelson Sauvin provides a subtle vinous, white grape note. Malt is low and neutral-grainy; fermentation is clean with light peachy esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring cantaloupe, passion fruit, and white grape. Nelson Sauvin offers a dry gooseberry contrast to the sweet citrus of Citra and Mosaic. Malt flavor is low, providing a cracker-like base. Bitterness is low-to-medium and very soft, leading to an off-dry, fruit-laden finish without any harshness or hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated at 6.6% ABV. No astringency; smooth and slightly creamy without being viscous or heavy.
