Augustiner Helles… una birra che non ha bisogno di presentazioni; il birrificio dal 1300 sforna grandi prodotti, come questa Hell, in pieno stile monacense: dissetante e beverina, dal colore dell’oro, è sormontata da una splendida schiuma fine e compatta.
Aromi delicati, floreali ed erbacei che si adagiano su un cuscino di malto biscottato. In bocca è splendida, dal sapore unico: corpo morbido ottimamente equilibrato dove si alternano armoniosamente note dolci di malto e miele a toni erbacei ed agrumati da luppolo che la rendono estremamente beverina e dissetante.
Come la sorella Edelstoff una vera icona per lo stile.
