This modern Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience centered on a massive hop profile of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Idaho7. Pouring an irresistible golden haze, it greets the nose with an explosion of ripe mango, pineapple, and maracuyá, accented by a zesty grapefruit spark and a subtle resinous undertone. On the palate, the 5.5% ABV is perfectly integrated within a silky, velvety body that emphasizes juice-like flavors over sharp bitterness. The finish is soft and refreshing, balancing lush tropical fruit saturation with a clean, grainy malt backbone. It is a masterful display of intensity and drinkability, defining the tropical character of the style.
Appearance. 3–6 SRM. Deep gold with a prominent, opaque haze providing a characteristic shine. Features a dense, white, meringue-like head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of tropical fruit including mango and passion fruit, alongside juicy grapefruit citrus. Subtle resinous pine and stone fruit notes emerge, supported by a low, neutral, grainy malt background and clean fermentation esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of mango, pineapple, and citrus. Low to moderate bitterness that is exceptionally smooth and masked by a soft, bready malt foundation. The finish is off-dry to medium and lacks any harshness or hop bite.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a characteristic silky and velvety texture. Moderate carbonation provides a soft lift without being prickly. Entirely smooth with no perceived alcohol warmth or astringency.
