Pecan Bliss is a decadent Imperial Stout that leans into its pastry-inspired origins with a luxurious, dessert-forward profile. The sensory experience is dominated by an opulent blend of rich dark chocolate and toasted pecans, creating a nutty, cocoa-laden core. Its high-gravity foundation provides a dense, oily viscosity that coats the palate in layers of roasted malt sweetness. Subtle notes of dark fruit, like raisins and plums, emerge beneath the prominent nutty character. This is an enveloping, full-bodied beer where the warmth of its ten percent alcohol is masterfully integrated into a silky, indulgent finish.
