This American Pale Ale showcases cutting-edge thiol-releasing techniques developed in collaboration with WHC, resulting in a vibrant sensory profile. While sitting at a sessionable strength, it delivers high-intensity aromas of ripe mango, pink guava, and pungent passion fruit that leap from the glass. The malt base remains supportive and clean, providing a subtle grainy foundation that allows the tropical fruit character to remain the focal point. Expect a crisp, well-attenuated finish with a moderate bitterness that cleanses the palate. This beer masterfully balances modern biotransformation science with the classic drinkability and balanced structure of a traditional pale ale.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant pale gold with a thick, frothy white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity tropical fruit notes dominated by mango and passion fruit, with a distinct guava edge. A very low neutral grainy malt sweetness is present in the background, maintaining a clean fermentation profile free of esters.

Taste. The palate leads with vibrant tropical fruit flavors of mango and guava. The malt provides a moderate, crackery support. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, providing balance without being aggressive. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering note of tropical hop oil and a crisp aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. The texture is smooth and refreshing, with no perceptible alcohol warmth or astringency, making it highly drinkable.
